Prices

At Knitted by Luna, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and fees. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We are not liable for out-of-stock items.

Payment

Knitted by Luna accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. We are not liable for price errors or out-of-stock/outdated items.

Delivery

Knitted by Luna strives to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped the following weekday.
We ship to Denmark, the EU, and internationally. Shipping costs start from 49 DKK. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
Your items will be shipped via Post Nord, DAO, or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no room at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
We ship items on weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 weekdays after placing the order, provided the item is in stock. Special orders have a production time of 1-15 days. Digital products are sent automatically to the entered email address immediately after purchase.
Certain products may have special delivery conditions. These will be specified before purchasing these products.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacture. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or offered a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Knitted by Luna will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, please provide bank details such as account number and sort code so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely sent via email or other electronic forms, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to complete the refund process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return goods purchased from our webshop.
According to the Sale of Goods Act, there is unfortunately no right of withdrawal on digital products once they have been used. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
The period starts from the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You take physical possession of the last item, when it comes to an agreement with multiple items ordered in a single order but delivered separately or in parts.
  • You take physical possession of the last batch or part, when it comes to an agreement for delivery of products consisting of multiple batches/parts.
  • You take physical possession of the first item, when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
    Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
    Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Notification must be sent by email to knittedbyluna@gmail.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, please complete the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the item without also notifying us accordingly.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following product types are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products made according to the consumer's specifications or personalized.
  • Sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Services that are not financial, where the provision of the service has started with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements made at public auctions.
  • Products that deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Digital products that have been used. Used means that if the digital product is downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Returns

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You should include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the moment of delivery until we receive it back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. You may try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond the aforementioned, it will be considered used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt or return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid back.
In case of a value reduction, which you are responsible for, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery charges (excluding additional costs incurred due to your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date we receive the notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided evidence of returning it.

In-Store Pickup

You can choose to pick up your products at our store through our webshop. This allows you to reserve an item online and then pick it up in person. The same terms apply as if you were shopping in our physical store.

Rights

All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to Knitted by Luna.
When you purchase, you obtain a license to use the purchased product as specified under that specific product.
Your digital product is personal, and it is not allowed to sell, forward, lend, give away, or distribute the product in any way, either privately or commercially. This applies to both the content of our online products, downloaded products, live sessions, workshops, and courses.

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Information on what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is done in accordance with our privacy policy for Knitted by Luna. You can read more about how your data is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a registered user.
