Shipping policy
Delivery
Knitted by Luna strives to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day; orders received after that will be dispatched the next working day.
We deliver throughout Denmark and internationally. Shipping prices start at 49 DKK. Items are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order.
Your orders will be shipped via PostNord, DAO, or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the chosen pickup location, the package may be redirected to the nearest pickup point. You will be notified about this. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service.
We ship on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 working days after the order, as long as the item is in stock. Special orders have a production time of 1-15 days. Digital products are sent automatically to the entered email address immediately after the purchase.
Certain items may have special delivery conditions. These conditions will be clearly stated prior to the purchase of the specific items.
In-Store Pickup
On our webshop, it is possible to choose in-store pickup. This allows you to reserve an item online and then pick it up physically at the store. The same terms apply for in-store pickup as for direct purchases in the store.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery to the following regions with estimated prices for letters weighing up to 100 grams:
- Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland): 45-50 DKK
- EU countries: approx. 90 DKK
- United Kingdom: approx. 90 DKK
- Rest of the World: approx. 120 DKK

International shipments are sent as priority letters with PostNord. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any customs or import duties are charged by the recipient's country and are the recipient's responsibility.
